When I joined SeLoger Bureaux & Commerces, the product was mainly perceived as a simple listings website.

My mission was to rethink the experience and help transform the platform into a professional Commercial Real Estate product, creating a sustainable competitive advantage through product strategy, user research, and UX/UI design.

Understanding a
complex market

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market is highly fragmented, with different professional needs depending on the type of property.

Through stakeholder workshops and market analysis, I helped structure the product vision around three key pillars:
Retail / Offices / Industrial & Logistics / Plot

This segmentation aligned the platform with how professionals actually search for commercial properties and helped clarify the product positioning.

Commercial real estate transactions involve significant financial commitments.
The interface therefore needed to communicate trust, clarity, and expertise.

I redesigned key parts of the platform to improve:
• information hierarchy
• data visibility
• professional credibility

These improvements helped reposition the product from a simple listings website to a professional CRE decision tool.

To accelerate product progress, I introduced a dual-track approachcombining delivery and discovery.

Fast Lane
Continuous UX improvements and quick wins to improve the existing experience and deliver value quickly.

Experimental Lane
More exploratory initiatives focused on validating new product opportunities through user interviews, data analysis, and high-fidelity prototyping.

Both tracks were driven by a shared backlog of opportunities, mixing quick improvements and deeper product explorations. This approach allowed the team to ship improvements quickly while continuously learning from users and validating product ideas.
